We have been involved in the office market in the South East since the 1990’s and are able to provide quality advice on rental and capital values, leasing and sale campaigns and investment acquisitions and disposals in the South East and London markets.

Early advice is regularly sought regarding proposed detailed specifications for refurbishment and redevelopment projects, together with reports on occupational demand and supply for both prospective leasing, sales and investment purposes.

We are regularly instructed on a range of asset management situations where our experience and expertise can be fully utilised.


Our agency experience is key in our involvement in advising on all aspects of the industrial market, from single unit developments to multi-let estates.

We understand the needs and requirements of modern day occupiers, and act on behalf of UK and overseas investors, funds, property companies, family trusts and both leasehold and freehold occupiers.


In addition to our business space activities, we regularly become involved in the acquisition and disposal of land for commercial, residential, leisure and other uses. We identify opportunities where permitted development rights can be exercised, and seek to specialise in off-market situations where our knowledge of ownerships, tenancy details and extensive market contacts can be utilised.


We advise on local high streets where opportunities and value can be derived. We have experience in re-purposing retail for clients through planning gain and redevelopment. We have led on letting campaigns to deliver footfall for shopping centre landlords and acquired suburban lock-ups for occupiers.


In addition to our commercial agency activities we regularly act on behalf of private and Institutional owners and occupiers with lease renewals and rent reviews over offices, industrial and land, often taking matters through to third party determination where necessary.


We are adept at delivering project management and building consultancy disciplines to our projects as part of the overall personalised service. We deploy these resources tactically and where we can add value.
